history of BHG

B.H. Brunnen- und Horizontalbrunnenbau GmbH (BHG) continued the activities of the former subsidiary Zwingenberg of PREUSSAG (later PST -) Spezialtiefbau GmbH, which had it's roots in the deep-drilling-activities of the former PREUSSAG AG.

With takeovers of Herrmann Loeck, Hamburg and Bauer Grundbau, Essen in 1960's and 1970's one of the biggest ground engeneering and well construction company of Germany was formed.

Subsidiary offices were located in Darmstadt, Dietzenbach and since middle of 1990's in Zwingenberg.

In consequence of restructuring actions end of 1990's the entire construction business of the PREUSSAG-Group was sold to BABCOCK BORSIG AG and continued until 2002. Out of the subsidiaries of PST Spezialtiefbau GmbH various independent companies were founded in the middle of 2002.

Based in the network of Celler Brunnenbau Finanz Holding group BHG was acting in german and international markets since 01.10.2002.
